What’s your favourite part of your role at MTC?
I love to be able to help buyers and sellers get moved from where they are to where they want and need to be. There’s nothing more satisfying than connecting the dots between our clients’ homes we’re selling, and the buyers whose needs they fit!
What keeps you busy outside the office?
I love to cook and you can find me trying new recipes, making homemade sauces, going on cooking experiences and firing up the barbeque in my spare time. I also love the West Country’s landscape and enjoy hiking footpaths, exploring Dartmoor, visiting beaches and camping with my family. I’m also a parent governor at a local primary school, where I’m proud to do my part to ensure the children have a happy and robust educational environment.
What is your top tip for sellers?
My top tip is to trust your instincts when interviewing an agent, and go with one you trust and with whom you’d be happy to work with over the course of several months during the marketing and sale process. Make sure the agent establishes good rapport and builds that trust with clear and transparent advice backed up by comparable evidence and information on the local property market.
